Conference call January 5, 2010

2.  Treasurer: Jim Southwood will be the co-signer on the Club account.

3.  Communications:  Dave Arundel is completing the January Newsletter. We plan to communicate with the membership at least monthly via e-Newsletter (similar to December Newsletter) and other E-mails when appropriate. The membership list will be sent regularly to Board members, Peter Krause and Tom Kane by the Treasurer. Membership list should note members region. The Board wants to have greater communications for each event and may send regional communications.

4.  Future teleconference Board meetings will begin at 8:00pm.  Jim Southwood will set-up the call.

5.  Point schedule:  Several questions arose and info has been sent to the board for future decisions.

6.  Schedule:  The September New Jersey Motorsports Park event (SVRA) has been cancelled. VRG has an event there for the same date. We will make a decision within 30 days.
